Fairly clean hotel in a nice building not far from Staybridge Suites, and Rashid mall and Dhahran mall. Impeccably clean room with big bathroom and down pillows and hypo-allergenic pillows. Early check in and late check out. Not to mention excellent wifi!

One of the advantages - big rooms; they included a shower, a hairdryer, and a bidet. There was a handy kitchenette, that's a plus.

it was an exceptionally comfortable hotel in a vibrant area, very close to dhahran mall, staybridge suites, and dammam. had good sleep at the a double room. the personnel was welcoming, doing their best to assist.

Beds were very tough.

The room we booked was brand-new and nice with a late check out. There were a microwave, an electric kettle and a refrigerator in a handy kitchenette.

This hotel made our New Year’s stay truly memorable! the staff went above and beyond in making sure we felt at home, and the breakfast spread was amazing. We loved the variety of Arabic, Asian, and European cuisine and there were plenty of healthy options too. the location is perfect as it's just a short walk from a mall where we could do all of our shopping. We also loved having access to a washing machine and full kitchen, which made our stay even more comfortable.

The only thing we didn't love about our stay was that housekeeping only cleaned our room every three days. If you’re staying more than one night, don't expect to come back to a clean room after a long day out.

Celebrating new year at this hotel was overall a good experience. The room size is great and the staff were welcoming. The location is ideal, surrounded by two malls. Another benefit was the free coffee machine available in the lobby.

There were some negative aspects. The noise in the morning was disturbing and the bed was uncomfortable.

During my stay, I found the hotel facilities to be exceptional. The room was spacious, well-decorated, and immaculate with excellent temperature control and free Wi-Fi. Additionally, the staff was very welcoming and friendly which made my stay more enjoyable. The breakfast provided by the hotel was amazing and included an extensive array of international cuisines. Moreover, the proximity of this hotel to the city's malls and other tourist attractions made it highly convenient for me.

The location of this hotel is convenient as it is close to many shopping malls. The reception staff were welcoming and the room size was great. The room was decorated nicely and there was free parking available. However, the hotel lacked slippers and the floor was cold. The breakfast was not as wonderful as mentioned in the reviews.

I enjoyed the exclusivity of the private facilities and the spaciousness of the rooms. The hotel's location was advantageous, close to a mall where I found everything I needed. Additionally, the breakfast buffet was delicious, with a selection of Arabic, Asian, and European dishes.

The only minor issue I encountered was that the room was not cleaned daily, but only every three days. Nevertheless, the cleanliness was spotless and the room advantages were exclusive, such as a washing machine and a well-equipped kitchen.
